I don't see where it says "config files" after you download it. Please help, I have Microsoft Windows 7 if that matters.

Go to C:\Program Files\All-Pro Football PC Editor

i dont have the editor saved in there but i dont see where i would click "config files"....would it be specifically if i have the apf files in local disk c and program files?

Already downloaded editor (1st day). I don't recall doing this. Can't seem to find these files. Would I have to reinstall?

Ok, found those, but pretty sure those were already in the editor. Was there supposed to be a list linked somewhere?

I'm not sure but I'd just reinstall and save it to your program files.

Again, not sure but it seems like there is something missing. I might ask FlyingFinn himself.

I need to know how to edit all the teams

We have several hex edited sim leagues (NFL, college, high school, fictional) going if you want to enjoy hex edited teams in a non abuse environment. We have 30+ participating in various leagues. PM me if you are interested and can follow sim rules, complete all 8 season games (win or lose) and demonstrate sportsmanship. Our next 20+ member NFL sim league starts in several weeks.
