I'm going to ask a few stupid questions, but it may help out others too :

Is this 32 team file also edited with Finn's editor so the team's play like they would in real life?

Do I need to buy a new flash drive and format it or can I use any Flash drive I want..basically what size flash drive should I buy?

Correct, I went through and added like Colt McCoy, Tebow, and others that I could think of.

You need at least a 1GB flash drive.

I don't know if they used Finn's editor, as of now, it only works for the first 11-12 teams. Personally, I edited those teams myself to get more realistic for some stars.
