People have been trying to crack the encryption (or any part of the PS3 for that matter) since it came out almost 5 years ago. It's highly unlikely that somebody who is interested in a small game that came out two months ago is just going to be able to crack it in a few days or even weeks.
Bottom line: there's about a 99% chance it's never going to happen, unless the patch removes the encryption from the save file, which there's about a 1% chance of since it would make everybody's previous game saves incompatible. You do the math.
