Re: Holdin' Onto Hope: A Houston Astros Dynasty (The Show 12)

Flashback to July 14th, 2012
Somewhere in Houston, Texas

Bagwell walked down the poorly lit hallway. Two incapacitated guards lay in front of him...Jeff was kinda a badass. And he knew it. Craig Biggio was close behind him. Once he caught up, he looked down and shook his head.

Craig started laughing and gestured forward. The two men continued down the hall. They had gotten a tip that they may be keeping him here, and it looked like their tip had paid off. They eventually came to a door at the end of the hall. Jeff looks at Craig and they both nod, Jeff counts to three on his hands and kicks in the door. In the room there was a lone man tied to a chair with a black bag over his head. The two men smirk and walk together into the room. They remove the bag and see what they came here for...

We've got to get that Luhnow and switch him with the real Luhnow. Easiest way to do that is the same way they did it...kidnap him. Well, if that doesn't work...the alternative isn't so nice, and its a lot more messy, if you catch my drift.

Fat chance that happens tonight AC. I think you've been spoiled today

The only possible update you'll see tonight would be a game update against ATL.

It means a lot to hear compliments like that, I can't even believe how fast this thing has taken off. Its hard to believe that this all stemmed from reading the Memoirs of lilbiggio. I was hooked and read every page of all 4 parts from him. After that, I was inspired and had a spark of an idea. What resulted is this thread before you.

I've already got 1200 views which is awesome! And I'm having a blast writing this sucker. It should be going for awhile, at least I hope it will be!

Speaking of which, next season Ive been considering introducing some other story lines into the mix as well (little things, like player issues, player signings, etc. Things outside of the main one that add intrigue and interest.) I've got a couple ideas already, but if you all have any ideas you'd like to see on that front, feel free to PM me with them. I'd be glad to listen, consider, incorporate (and credit you in some way of course!)

#35,

I have to say. At first I was having a hard time seperating yours and Knotts chise's. Now not at all (Knott please don't take that wrong, I enjoy yours). It just seemed the story lines were similar at the time. Now yours has its own legs and running. I have subscribed to biggio's, yours and Knotts. They are all great reads.

TheNumber, this has gotten extremely good and I really enjoy it, yes confusing at times, but nothing wrong with that. Im always on my toes waiting for what happens next. Keep up the good work man
