Opening Day Is A Day Away!
The Royals have signed three players over the off season
They have signed LF
Bobby Abreu and 2B Orlando Hudson
They have signed these two fielders to help with defense. With signing Bobby Abreu he is a key guy to sit on the bench and play when the team needs him. He will also get some starts in the outfield
With signing
Orlando Hudson, he brings leadership to the club and will play a key role in the long run. He was also signed to help improve the 2nd base position on the Royals. That moved Chris Getz to the bench.
The KC Royals were in a big need of a left handed pitcher in the starting rotation.
In that case the KC Royals have signed
Randy Wolf to a 1 year/ $500K
deal. The will also bring leadership to the baseball club and help the younger pitchers develope.
