Chop On! Atlanta Braves Rebuild
This is my first ever MLB the Show Dynasty. I will be my hometown Braves, like I always am in my Dynasty with the Hawks, Kennesaw State and now Braves. If anyone has anything to help me with this Dynasty any suggestions let me know.

Atlanta Braves GM says: “I know the fans wont like the move because we are moving our team leader Freddie Freeman but we are getting the future of the MLB, Aaron Judge.” Opening Day vs Philadelphia Philadelphia Phillies Starter Jake Arrieta Vs Atlanta Braves Starter Julio Teheran Braves offense struggle the first 6 innings with only one hit, came off of Aaron Judge with a double in the second. With the Braves down 1-0, Dansby Swanson hit a HR in the 8th inning to tie the game. Then in the 8th Camargo would score the game winning run off of a Inciarte single. Player of the Game: Dansby Swanson 1-3 1 HR 1 RBI IMG_0529.jpg Game 2 vs Philadelphia Philadelphia Phillies 0-1 starter Aaron Nola Vs Atlanta Braves 1-0 starter Masahiro Tanaka Braves look good early Aaron Judge in the 1st inning hit his first bomb of the season. To make the score 2-0. 3rd inning Aaron Judge hit his second HR of the year, and again in the 5th inning Aaron Judge hit a 3rd HR to make the score 5-1. Judge would end up with 4 total HR in the game, and the Braves would go on and win 7-1. Braves are up in the series 2-0. Player of the Game: Aaron Judge 4-4 4 HR and 5 RBIs IMG_0530.jpg Game 3 vs Philadelphia Philadelphia Phillies 0-2 Vs Atlanta Braves 2-0 Braves would start the game slow but would break it open in the later innings. Aaron Judge would again hit two home runs and bring in 4 RBIs. Kurt Suzuki would add a HR in the 8th, and the Braves would swept the series after a 7-0 victory. Player of the game: Brandon McCarthy 7 IP 2 hits 8 strikeouts. We got to be on our A game to beat these guys they been destroying us the last few years.” Aaron Judge said “What a great start to the season, my teams played so well and it’s been a easy transition from playing in New York to Atlanta. I hope we can keep it up and I hope I can keep being the leader this team and franchise needs.” TG |

Atlanta Next series vs Washington Nationals
Atlanta Braves GM told the AJC “This is a big series and it’s only our second of the season. But the Nationals have had our number over the pasted 3 years.” Probably Starters Game 1: Sean Newcomb (ATL) vs Tanner Roark (WAS) Game 2: Mike Foltynewicz (ATL) vs A.J Cole (WAS) Game 3: Julio Teheran (ATL) vs Max Scherzer (WAS) Game 1: Washington Nationals (1-2) Tanner Roark vs Atlanta Braves (3-0) Sean Newcomb Sean Newcomb started the game out struggling, loading up the bases but getting out the inning with no runs. But the Braves defense struggled, with two errors in the first 3 innings. The Braves bats didn’t wake up into the 4th when, yes Aaron Judge went deep again then Dansby Swanson got a 2 out trip with Alex Lind bringing him. 6th inning Braves made more noise with 2 on 2 out the Braves brought in Kurt Suzuki to pinch hit and he went deep, 3 run HR(2) to make the game 5-0. Braves would go on and win the game 5-0, Brice Harper 0-3 with a Walk. Big game for Johan Camargo with 3 hits all singles. Players of the Game: Kurt Suzuki 1-1 HR (2) 3 RBI. Game 2 Washington Nationals (1-3) A.J Cole vs Atlanta Braves (4-0) Mike Foltynewicz This game was a crazy fun game for the Braves as there offense destroy the Nationals 17-1. Judge added to his hot performance by hitting 3 more HR and one Grand Slam, 10 RBI game. Image1522871608.428064.jpg Player of the Game: Whole Team Game 3 Washington Nationals (1-4) Max Scherzer (1-0) ERA 2.25 vs Atlanta Braves (5-0) Julio Teheran (0-0) ERA 1.50 Braves offense started hot yet again. Ozzie Albies went 4-5 with 3 RBI, Ryan Schimpf got the start over Camargo went 3 for 4 with a HR. Aaron Judge did what Judge does sent two more out the park for his 12 HR on the year. Julio Teheran had a shut out going all the way to the 9th with two outs and a run on first he gave up a HR to Daniel Murphy to end his shut out. Braves won 10-2. Before Atlanta flew out to Colorado reports had it the Braves and Cubs are in talks with a trade to bring back Jason Heyward. No deal has been made but Braves would give up Markakis and Suzuki also a prospect. This would mean the Braves would stick with Tyler Flowers for there full time catcher.
Next series at Colorado Rockies (6-1) Probably Starters: Game 1: Masahiro Tanaka 1-0 ERA 1.00 vs German Marquez 0-1 ERA 21.00 Game 2: Brandon McCarthy 0-0 ERA 0 vs Chad Bettie 1-0 ERA 4.50 Game 3: Sean Newcomb 0-0 ERA 0 vs Antonio Senzatela 0-0 ERA 7.71 GM TG told the AJC “first road test and with rumors flying all over the place about bringing back Heyward has players on edge. But I want everyone to know this is our team and this is who I’m going to war with.” Game 1: Before game one the Braves and Cubs finally pulled the trigger. Braves Trade Masahiro Tanaka, Kurt Suzuki and Nick Markakis for Cubs Jason Heyward and there two top pitching prospects. Braves move Matt Wisler to the 5 starter on the rotation. Braves new starter is Brandon McCarthy. IMG_0566.jpg Braves new lineup and Batting Order CF Ender Inciarte 2B Ozzie Albies SS Dansby Swanson RF Aaron Judge LF Jason Heyward C Tyler Flowers 1B Adam Lind 3B Johan Camargo P Atlanta wins game one 7-2. Judge yet again hit two more Homers. But Tyler Flowers had a game of his life 5 for 5. Brandon McCarthy pitch well and added 12 strikeouts. Player of the Game: Tyler Flowers IMG_0567.jpg After the game GM TG: We are happy to get Heyward back and the Cubs called last second with a great deal. Game 2: Sean Newcomb 1-0 ERA 0 vs Chad Bettie 1-0 ERA 4.50 Braves went up 1-0 in the 2nd inning off an Aaron Judge HR. 4th inning the Rockies went up 2-1 off RBIs from Trevor Story and Nolan Arendo. Then in the 8th inning two outs, Dansby got a single and Aaron Judge came up and hit the game winning HR to put the team up 3-2. Arodys Vizcaino got his second save. Player of the Game: Aaron Judge 3-4 two HR 3 RBIs Game 3: Mike Foltynewicz 1-0 ERA 1.29 vs Antonio Senzatela 0-0 ERA 7.71 Braves offense all came in the second inning when Aaron Judge got it started off with a triple and Tyler Flowers got him in with a single then later in the inning Johan Camargo single to get Tyler Flowers home to make it 2-0. Bottom of the second Ian Desmond HR off Foltynewicz to make it 2-1 but the Braves Defense and pitching would hold on to that lead to sweep the Rockies and start the year 9-0. Game 1: Atlanta Braves Matt Wisler 0-0 at Washington Nationals A.J Cole 0-1 ERA 13.50 Game 2: Atlanta Braves Julio Teheran 1-0 ERA 1.80 at Washington Nationals Max Scherzer 1-1 ERA 5.54 Game 3: Atlanta Braves Brandon McCarthy 2-0 ERA 0 at Washington Nationals Stephen Strasburg 1-1 ERA 5.91 Game 1: At Washington Nationals Braves pitcher Matt Wisler was the star of the game tossing 16 strikeouts in an complete game shut out. Braves offense started out good with Dansby Swanson getting his third triple of the season follow up with a Aaron Judge HR 17 on the year. Ozzie hit a 2 run HR 1st on the year. Braves would end up scoring more runs in a blow out 8-0 game. Braves start the year 10-0. Player of the Game: Matt Wisler Complete Game shut out with 16 Strikeouts. Which Dansby Swanson later in the inning drove in Ozzie Albies for a run to make it 3-0. Brave would end up for up 4-1 into they got a scare in the 9th with one on and Brice Harper up he hit a 2 run HR off Arodys Vizcaino. But the Braves would go on and win 4-3 to go 11-0. Aaron Judge extends his hitting streak to 11. Player of the Game: Ryan Schimpf 1-4 1 HR (2) 2 RBIs Game 3: At Washington Nationals Braves before the game would make switches. Brandon McCarthy would be scratched from the starting and will start game 1 vs the Cubs. Sean Newcomb will get the start. Ryan Schimpf would get the start and Ozzie will get a break, Jason Heyward will sit and Preston Tucker will start also Dansby Swanson will sit for Culbertson. Braves would take the led in the first 1-0 when Inciarte hit a double then Aaron Judge hit a single. It would be a pitcher duel into the 9th when Aaron Judge hit a two run home run his 18 of the season. Best Game ever played! Got pictures for the story! IMG_0689.jpg IMG_0690.jpg IMG_0691.jpg IMG_0692.jpg IMG_0693.jpg Game 2: At Chicago Cubs Cubs lead 2-0 early and it was a pitch duel after. Dansby Swanson would get a double in the 9th then Tyler Flowers hit a HR (1) to ties the game then Adam Lind would get a single with Johan Camargo up he would hit a triple to make the game 3-2. BRAVES WIN! Player of the Game: Tyler Flowers Game 3 At Chicago Cubs Braves Stay Perfect! Braves would take the lead in the first with Inciarte triple then Ozzie would drive him in with the next at bat. 4th inning Aaron Judge would HR again a two run homer! 5th Ozzie Albies would hit his second HR on the year then Aaron Judge would HR again 5-0 Braves. Cubs would fight back but it wasn’t enough. Braves win 7-4. Player of the Game: Ozzie Albies 3-4 HR and 4 RBI’s Aaron Judge said after the game “I’m happy to be here! I know this winning streak won’t last the full season but I’m proud of this club. We easily could of lost the first two games but we fought back and swept the series.” Next Series: Vs Philadelphia Phillies TG |

Breaking News Atlanta Braves make roster moves before Philadelphia Phillies series.
Chris Stewart has asked for a release from the team, Braves Sign Jose Bautista who will play 3rd and 1st. Braves Rumor Julio Teheran and Jason Heyward are on the trading block. Series vs Philadelphia Phillies 4-11 Game 1: Philadelphia Phillies 4-11 at Atlanta Braves 15-0 Jake Arrieta 0-1 vs Julio Teheran 2-0 The red hot Braves didn’t look red hot to start but the bats came around in the 4th being down 1-0. Jason Heyward would have a huge game 3-4 3 RBI’s. Jose Bautista would get the start at 1st and would go 1-4 with 2 RBI’s. Braves would get the win 8-1. Braves Trade: Julio Teheran Jason Heyward Ian Anderson IMG_0747.jpg For Angels: Shohei Ohtani Mario Tejeda IMG_0748.jpg Braves GM: “This was an absolute steal for us. Yes we lose Jason Heyward, and Julio Teheran but the future is now. Since this trade gone down, its time for Ronald Acuna to be called up.” Shohei the number 1 prospect in MLB.com top 100 prospect and Ronald Acuna is number 2. The GM also said Jason Heyward came to him and said “the reunion isn’t what he hope for he doesn’t have love for the Braves. He felt betrayed before by his hometown team and doesn’t wanna go through the heart break again.” Game 2: Philadelphia Phillies 4-12 At Atlanta Braves 16-0 Aaron Nola 2-1 2.25 ERA At Sean Newcomb 2-0 0.95 ERA Big story of the game is Ronald Acuna will make his major league debut. Braves went down 1-0 in top of the second but the bottom of the 2nd Acuna first MLB at bat, took Nola deep, first MLB HR and Hit! 3rd inning Newcomb would start the inning with a single. Ender gets a single but Newcomb gets called out going to second, Ozzie gets a ground rule double and Dansby hit a double to make the score 3-1. Bottom of the 5th Braves brought in Shohei Ohtani to pinch hit for Sean Newcomb but would strike out. Braves would get 3 more runs which they needed because in the 9th the Phillies would hit two solo home run but still lose 6-3. Player of the game: Ronald Acuna 3-4 HR, Single, Double. Next Series Vs New York Mets 12-6
First four game series of the season and a big one as the two top teams in the NL East face off. The Braves have put together a historic run to open up the year at 18-0. Atlanta Braves GM said “I’m happy we have started so hot. I don’t want guys and pitcher worry about the record and feel like a let down once we lose. The bats are there and we can’t wait for Shohei Ohtani to get his start.” Game 1 vs New York Mets 12-6 Braves finally lose there first game of the year. Vargas just dominated the whole game. When the Braves fought back in it they brought in San Freeman and he gave up a two run homer and a homer back to back to put the score 6-3. Braves Manager said “The first lost is out of the way now we can refocus and breathe a side of relief.” IMG_0787.jpg Game 2 vs New York Mets 13-6 Matt Wisler 2-0 ERA 1.20 vs Matt Harvey 2-0 ERA 2.50 Jay Bruce and the Mets started off hot 3-0 in the first. Bruce hit a 2 run homer. But Aaron Judge would get a solo Homer the bottom of the first his 23rd league leading. Braves would tie it in he bottom 2 off Matt Wisler sacrifice bunt. Bottom of the 5th two on two outs Ryan Schimpf hit a 3 run homer (5) to take the lead 6-4. Later in the game Adam Lind would drive in a RBI double to make it 7-4. Chase Whitley got the WiN Arodys Vizcaino got the Save (9) Player of the Game: Ryan Schimpf Braves Manager after game was not happy with the team performance saying “We look like a bunch of amateurs out there. Missing cut off throws, dripping easy ground outs. I don’t care who I sit and put out there play like pros. Kids watch this games learning but tonight we look like a bunch of little leaguers.” Game 3 vs New York Mets 13-7 Shohei Ohtani First Game As a Brave 0-2 ERA 6.75 vs Noah Syndergaard 1-0 ERA 2.16 Ronald Acuna Jr would end the pitchers duel in the 4th blasting his second HR, to make it 2-0. But Jay Bruce in the 7th hit a solo HR, then the Mets offense got another run in the 8th to make it 2-2. Top of the 9th Mets Catcher D’Arnaud hit a 2 run blast to make it 4-2. Braves lose! Winning Pitcher: Robles Losing Pitcher: José Ramirez Save: Jeury Famila POTG: D’Arnaud IMG_0786.jpg Game 4 vs New York Mets 14-7 Sean Newcomb vs Jacob deGrom Top of the 3rd Jose Reyes blast a solo HR to make it 1-0. Bottom 4 Braves would tie the game off Jose Bautista sac fly RBI. Braves would lose the led in the top of the 7th but in the bottom of the 7th Jose Bautista hit a solo HR to tie it. Jay Bruce top of the 8th blast a HR off new pitcher Sam Freeman. Then in the bottom of the 8th Braves would tie it up. And in the 10th runners on second and first Aaron Judge hit a 3 run HR to win the game 6-3.
