Re: NBA 2K23 - The Kobe Era Reimagined

Although both teams got out of the gates slowly, this turned into a great game down the stretch. Orlando secured a 108-101 victory at home thanks to big shots by Tracy McGrady (15 of his 31 points in the fourth), huge rebounds by Shareef Abdur-Rahim (21 points, 10 rebounds), and a block by Grant Hill (10 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists) that sealed it late. Yao Ming dominated at times (26 points, 14 rebounds) but Steve Francis (22 points, 10 assists) and Luol Deng (4 points, 2-12 FG) both struggled from the field.

Re: NBA 2K23 - The Kobe Era Reimagined

The Spurs have looked unstoppable for most of the season but tonight, the Raptors used a three-point barrage to silence them at home 117-100. Vince Carter exploded for a season-high 47 points and he got big help from Jameer Nelson (20 points, 8 assists) and David West (20 points, 9 rebounds). Whenever the Spurs would get momentum from Tim Duncan (24 points, 14 rebounds) or someone, the Raptors responded with a deep bomb. They hit 15 out of 30 threes, while the Spurs managed to nail just six, marking the difference in the game.

Thanks! It is. I finally found a PS5 the same week that my PS4 seemingly died on me.

Re: NBA 2K23 - The Kobe Era Reimagined

Seattle may have the worst record in the league but they didn’t go down without a fight here. The Sonics kept this close throughout before Golden State pulled away late for a 97-89 home victory. Jason Richardson (22 points, 7 rebounds) sealed it with a late three, while Antawn Jamison (21 points) helped him get there. Despite his name always being in trade rumors, Rafer Alston was great (22 points, 6 assists) and outplayed his counterpart, Gary Payton (12 points, 5 assists). Another surprise was Darko Milicic playing the best game of his career (11 points, 13 rebounds, 5 blocks).
