Trailing by 11 with 4 minutes to go, senior Edwin Ubiles took over. He scored 12 points in the final 4 minutes, Including a go-ahead jumper with 1.4 left on the clock to win it for the Saints on their home opener, beating Northeastern 63-61. Ubiles finished with 22 points, and was helped out by fellow senior Ronald Moore, who had 9 assists, 6 to Ubiles. The Saints travel to take on #21 Temple this Saturday.

Saints come back from 15 down, beat #21 Temple

Alex Franklin and Clarence Jackson each scored 20 points as Siena came back from a 15 point second half deficit to pick up their first ever victory against a ranked opponent on the road.

Siena, who trailed by a score of 51-36 with 15:47 left to play, went on a 18-0 run to take the lead with under 10 minutes to play. After Temple answered back with a three from shooting guard Ryan Brooks, the Saints went on another run, scoring 14 un-answered points, and went on to pull away from there. Freshman OD Anosike and sophmore Kyle Downey helped the Saints cause by scoring 12 points between the 2.

Siena come's back home for a Tuesday night game against Delaware.

Saints Pound Delaware

Today, eveyone seemed to be on fire.... for Siena. The Saints had three players score over 20 points, made a total of 10 three's (6 from Clarence Jackson), en route to a 100-69 blow out of Delaware.

Ryan Rossiter (28 pts,14 rbs.), Alex Franklin (25 pts, 12 rbs) and Edwin Ubiles (16 pts, 11 rbs) all recorded double-doubles. Ronald Moore tied his season high with 14 assists, and Clarence Jackson hit 6 three's on his way to 24 points. Jawan Carter was the only bright spot for Delaware, scoring 25 pts, including 7 three's.

The Saint's travel to take on Big East opponent St. Johns, in a game that should be much tighter than this contest.
