Power Restored At The Palace: A Detroit Pistons Association (NBA 2K11)

The Detroit Pistons, once champions, atop the NBA, down to appearing in the NBA Draft Lottery. Face it, the Pistons were once great, but now are next to the bottom of the league. The Pistons organization decided, it was time for a change. They fired GM Joe Dumars because of the struggles that faced them. They later would hire Dennis Rodman as their new GM. Many people thought of this to be a very bad idea, but Rodman wants to prove them wrong. The Pistons play their first game October 27 in New Jersey, and a new era of Pistons basketball will begin.

Nets Blow Out Pistons in Opener
The Pistons got blown out by the Nets yesterday, 87-56. Brook Lopez dominated the Pistons with 18 points and 5 rebounds. Ben Gorden led the Pistons with 14 points and 3 steals.

GM Dennis Rodman has announced that by the end of the month either Ben Gordon or Rip Hamilton will be traded from the team to open up playing time for one or the other. There are two more games before the end of the month.

The Pistons lost both games in the month of October, to the Thunder and the Bulls. OKC won 99-85, while the Bulls won 113-92. An announcment was just made, the Pistons traded Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva for Forward Zach Randolph. The trade will give the Pistons 33 million dollars for Free Agency and the Draft next year given they do not re-sign anyone. They look to sign Tayshaun Prince back to the Palace this offseason.

Cool, I was waiting for someone to start a Pistons franchise! I just got NBA 2K11 and started one of my own. I ended up trading Rip & Maxiell for Kenyon Martin, but I like your move for Randolph even more. Good luck!
