Thanks, I'm working on it. I seem to have some major defensive problems right now. One including my fouling problems. Thanks for the comment and I hope this continues being enjoyable.

I had a fairly decent game. Shooting 33% isn't too terrible. I still need to work on my defense a lot
and I feel like a lot of my shots that I miss should be going in. It was great to get my first win since
I have started this journey in the combine.

Brutal, just brutal. I did have a fairly decent and 1. Hopefully the team will decide to keep me
around on the NBA level for the season. This game doesn't help me chances though.

Taylor Slated For NBA Roster

Taylor Has Had A Frustrating Pre-Season

Sacramento, California (AP)-- Today when the Sacramento Kings rosters were announced for the 2010-2011 NBA season, an unlikely name appeared on the list. 6'2" 180 lbs. Shooting Guard James Taylor. Taylor has struggled throughout the pre-season, showing minimal defensive skills and a lack of a consistent jump shot. However head coach Paul Westphal has hope for him. "We really play kind of a streetball game during the summer," says coach Westphal, "we know these guys have played the game before, so we let them go at it with minimal coaching, see what they are made of. Taylor, he is more of a technical guy. He isn't a streetballer and doesn't excel in that position. However, I believe that once we start getting him in our system, he will improve drastically." One can only hope that such confidence from the head coach can prove to be true, however many Kings fans are wondering, "Will he make it?"

Taylor Gets Playing Time In First Game
By Jason Jones

Taylor Looks A Little Nervous In His First Game

Let me introduce myself. My name is Jason Jones, I am a
sportswriter for the Sacramento Bee newspaper. The
Kings organization has specifically tasked to me to blog
about the career of a young man on their team, James
Taylor. How fitting for our first entry to be from the first
game of our featured player. Taylor got a slight taste at
the world of professional basketball tonight. He only
played 13 minutes and got to attempt 3 shots, but it is
a better start than a lot of people get. Taylor held
Michael Beasley, who he guarded most of those 13 minutes,
in check fairly well and even grabbed a rebound. He
drained a 3 pointer for his only made shot in 3 attempts
during the game. He's not LeBron, but I would say this
kid has a bright future as a pure shooter.

Wow!! My first professional game. It was pretty nerve racking in the
Target Center, but I somehow was able to knock down a shot. Now let's see what happens when I
get some more playing time.
