Re: After the Madness - Complete 30-Team Association

EARLY SIGN-AND-TRADES

The Sacramento were clearly going nowhere with Tyreke Evans, and even though he was a restricted free agent, the Kings organization decided not to match an offer sheet, and instead just acquired Greivis Vasquez. Also, the Pelicans shipped Robin Lopez to the Trail Blazers in this sign-and-trade.

Andre Iguodala had his pick of teams, and he was an hour away from signing a contract with the Dallas Mavericks. However, the Warriors were able to clear cap space by a sign-and-trade with the Jazz and Nuggets, allowing Iguodala to sign with a team that is in a city he wants to play in. The Warriors get Iguodala, Kevin Murphy, and a 2nd rounder, the Jazz get Andris Biedrins, Richard Jefferson, Brandon Rush, 1st rounder, and multiple future conditional second rounders, and the Nuggets get Randy Foye.

SMALLER TRADES

Andrea Bargnani is looking for a fresh start, and frankly, I do not know why the Knicks did this trade. Bargnani was acquired for Marcus Camby, Steve Novak, Quentin Richardson, 2016 1st-rounder, and 2 2nd-rounders.

Royce White has been shipped to the 76ers for draft considerations. He is a worthy risk, and the 76ers only plan to use him as cap space, as they are thinking about not picking up his rookie team options.

Re: After the Madness - Complete 30-Team Association

WHERE WILL HE GO?
FREE AGENCY PREVIEW

Dwight Howard has his picks of teams that he can join. Where will he land, and where are the rest of the best free agents looking to go?

PG
1. Chris Paul -> most likely resigning with the Clippers
2. Brandon Jennings (R) -> could be leaving, depends on who the Bucks sign
3. Nate Robinson -> unknown, how certain are people of his performance last year?
4. Jeff Teague (R) -> could be one of the most underrated PG in the league, will the Hawks match any contract?
5. Jose Calderon -> could he finally play on a good team, or is he destined to help a bottom-conference squad

SG
1. Manu Ginobili -> would he dare leave SA?
2. O.J. Mayo -> how good do teams think he is actually going to be?
3. Monta Ellis -> he declined a $11 million dollar year, hopefully seeking a good team
4. Tyreke Evans (R) -> will a change of scenery give his career a fresh start?
5. Kevin Martin -> How much money do to the Thunder want to invest into him?

SF

1. Josh Smith -> is he worthy of a max contract?
2. Corey Brewer -> do any teams think he can start?
3. Stephen Jackson -> how much is left in the tank?
4. Matt Barnes -> is he worth the money, for the off-court issues he can bring?
5. Dorrell Wright -> where is his career at now, after his injury time last year?

PF
1. Paul Millsap -> a very solid player, who gets him, and how much do they pay?
2. David West -> will he really not be playing for the Pacers next year?
3. Elton Brand -> he showed that he can still contribute last year
4. Brandan Wright -> very energetic and efficient player off the bench
5. Kenyon Martin -> helped the Knicks with their lack of front-court depth

C
1. Dwight Howard -> where will he take his talents?
2. Andrew Bynum -> who will take a chance on this former all-star, who is still only 25
3. Al Jefferson -> very good starter, can't go wrong signing this big man
4. J.J. Hickson -> had very good numbers last year, could he go back to his natural PF position this year?
5. Nikola Pekovic (R) -> the Timberwolves should be looking to match any offer made on this big man

*question for everyone*
Do yall think its better to wait for the free agency to completely end, or just decide on a few other players myself? Any input is welcome, and requested.

Re: After the Madness - Complete 30-Team Association

Ridnour shipped away

The Bucks have added their backup point guard by sending a 2nd rounder to the Wolves for Ridnour.

Re: After the Madness - Complete 30-Team Association

sad news once again...
I released that there weren't any injuries in the Association, so that makes me lose interest in doing this, especially with the next games coming out not long from now. Thanks for all the readers, and i will definitely be doing another thread once the next game comes out, see everyone then!
