He can be assistant to the GM ... have any ideas of what to do with Bradley?

Yes! Gronk for Assistant GM and trade Bradley so it's like the CAP dynasty?

Re: BLEED GREEN --- A Boston Celtics Dynasty

Following. As for what to do with Bradley, a young two-guard wing who plays defense, hits timely threes, and can face off against the best of the other team reliably is a highly valuable commodity.

Teams with championship aspirations would give up a first round pick easily for him. Trading him to a young team needing a good piece to build around (and not necessarily build for, as Bradley is a number two-three player on a good team, but not a star to build around) is also doable, but harder as they'd likely not give up a likely high first round pick, but a low lottery pick would be believable (say 10-14).

Jettisoning Rondo is also something I'd consider, that way your team is guaranteed to tank.

My thoughts.

Thanks. I was thinking about him to a contender for a 1st pick and expiring big, but I cant find many expiring bigs that I think could help. As for Rondo he stays for now as I am not tanking right yet lol. I would rather see if I can compete and make the playoffs.

I may just deal him to a younger team for a mid lottery pick and sign a depth big.

Thanks for the imput. Stay Tuned!

When I get all the contracts up to date we will make the announcement of the Avery Bradley trade and get some games in

Celtics trade Bradley in 3-team deal to Atlanta

BOSTON -- Celtics new GM, Tyler Spencer was busy again today. After game one of the season he decided he needed to make another move. This one was to ship off PG/SG Avery Bradley to Atlanta. Here is the total deal.

Celtics trade Avery Bradley to the Hawks for 2013 1st round pick (ATL), Elton Brand (via sign a trade) and Jared Cunningham. Cunningham didn't come to Boston however as he was shipped to OKC for a 2013 1st round pick (OKC).

This deal is a win for all teams involved. The Celtics get two 1st round picks. The ATL one should be middle of pack 10-15 as the Hawks are looking like a East playoff team. The OKC one will likely be a late 1st with not much value. They also get Brand who signed a 1yr/1.60M contract with Boston in the sign and trade. He will serve as a depth big for the year to coach the younger players like Sullinger and Olynyk.

The Hawks needed a backup PG and SG behind Lou and Teague. Bradley is young and a great defender that will help Atlanta greatly and they only paid a mid pick and an older expiring big.

The Thunder get a solid SG who was drafted 24 overall who will get some time with Sefolosha at the 2 spot. They paid a 1st rounder who will likely be worse than Cunningham was drafted last year.

Game Notes:
- Rondo was great going 18/15/8 and showing the fans why they need him
- Brandon Bass played only 14 minutes in the game and may not start next game after Sullinger's 16/9 game. Brand also played nicely off the bench so we will see how much time is left over for him.
- 8 different Celtics scored in double figures as the offence was really spread out all game. Will the Celtics start to lean on guys later or will it stay spread out?

Around the NBA - November 2nd

- Utah Jazz signed Gordon Hayward to a 5yr/31.83M contract extension.
