Thanks for reading man. I agree 100%, so much raw skill out of college, but I don't think he had the drive to put in the work to be his best.

Knicks Embarrassed By Bucks

Noel sends JR Smith's layup to the third tier

New York, NY -- In a game between two mediocre Eastern Conference teams, both needed the win in order to gain some confidence and momentum.

New York came out hot, with Melo knocking down a few early buckets. But, right when things seemed to be going New York's way, Carmelo went down. He grabbed his left ankle and grimaced in agony, as he knew it was bad.

"I heard a crack, so I knew I had broken something" said Melo after the game; and he was right. On the play, no one was near him, and he rolled his ankle all on his own, fracturing his foot. He will be out of play for the next month of basketball.

Milwaukee took the momentum New York had, and ran with it. The Bucks would outscore the Knicks in every quarter of the game. Balanced scoring was the name of the game, as the Bucks had five players in double digits. Larry Sanders played well in the paint, grabbing 10 boards and blocking 2 shots, as well as scoring 10 points.

New York never got into a flow, allowing Milwaukee to stroll to an easy victory.

Milwaukee heads home to take on the Phoenix Suns (15-21), who beat the Bucks in their previous matchup.

Box Score

Bucks

Knicks

Bucks Squeeze Out Win Over Suns

Mayo and McDaniels celebrate with a high five

Milwaukee, WI -- The Bucks played in another nail biter tonight, edging out the Suns 114-110. On the back of the Greek Freak's 31 points, Milwaukee was able to extend it's winning streak to three.

In what seems to be a trend, Milwaukee got out to an early lead in the first quarter, only to soften up their defense and allow the opponent to take it right back. Leading by 8 in the first, the Bucks were outscored 29-18 in the third quarter giving Phoenix the lead 53-50 heading into halftime.

"We have a tendency to come out really strong in the opening quarter. But it seems we lack consistency on both ends of the court, giving the other team a chance to get right back in it" said coach Kidd before heading into the locker room.

Phoenix steadily held the lead into the fourth quarter, only trailing once in the third.

Milwaukee put together a strong fourth quarter, pushing out to an 8 point lead with a few minutes left in the game.

The Suns only got it as close as two points, but Antetokounmpo's 12 4th quarter points made sure they would hold on for the victory.

He set a new career-high with his 31 points, and had this to say after the game: "Every day I work on my shot. Every single day I shoot hundreds of jumpers. All I plan on doing is improving and becoming the best I can be." It showed tonight was he shot above 50% and hit quite a few jump shots, as well as three 3-pointers.

Milwaukee has Philly and Minnesota before taking on the Chicago Bulls who are in the top tier with a record of (27-9).

Box Score
