I've gotten to the point, in situations like that, to just run down the clock as low as I can, dump it into the post, and try to ground and pound my way to a foul. I'd rather stop the play of the ball and force the CPU to run a good play, than allow them to run the transition game and get my rotations all messed up.

Tough, tough loss. Avenge it next time (but, really, Mosgov is going to get injured and miss the playoffs, because he always does -- dude can't stay uninjured, man).
Yeah, he was about 10 feet from the basket, picked up the loose ball, threw up a falling forward, crazy shot with three defenders draped all over him, and it rattled in. I'm not doubting the foul, because he got hammered, but to make that shot was just absurd.

To the other part, I did run the clock down to about 7 or 8 seconds on the shot clock and had a perfect dump off pass to Emiid who inexplicably attempted and predictably missed a layup when he had plenty of space and time to just go up and dunk the ball. That was equally infuriating.

Got to love those OT classics. Man, they're fun. Nice set of wins, nearly 10 games over .500.

Jordan, Ingram Named to Represent East in All-Star Game

Philadelphia, PA (AP) -- One was not a surprise. Michael Jordan led all players in voting and is having a historically great season averaging 34.9 PPG, 8.2 APG, and 8.0 RPG. However, when rookie Brandon Ingram was selected as a reserve for the Eastern Conference All-Star team, it caught almost everyone by surprise. Ingram who, if you round up, is averaging 15 PPG, 5 RPG, and 5 APG for the 28-21 76ers who have won 7 of their last 9 games. Some would even argue that fellow rookie teammate Jamal Murray is having an even better season than Ingram, yet he was left off the All-Star roster. However, with a glut of backcourt players to choose from in the East, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Ingram, a frontcourt player, was chosen over Murray. Regardless, Ingram, as a rookie, being chosen as an All-Star reserve speaks volumes about the season he is having.

"Brandon has been phenomenal. Most GMs and coaches thought Ben Simmons was the unanimous best player in this draft class last summer, and he might be, but Brandon is showing he deserves that honor, now. I think it's fueled him; I think he's playing with a chip on his shoulder to prove he's just as good, if not better, than Simmons," said first year head coach Aiden Morgan.

Michael Jordan will be joined in the starting lineup by John Wall (Wizards), LeBron James (Cavaliers), Carmelo Anthony (Knicks), and Paul George (Pacers). Starters for the Western Conference will be Russell Westbrook (Thunder), James Harden (Rockets), Kevin Durant (Thunder), Anthony Davis (Pelicans), and Blake Griffin (Clippers).

The list of first time All-Stars include: Brandon Knight (Suns); Kawhi Leonard (Spurs); Karl-Anthony Towns (Timberwolves); Eric Bledsoe (Suns); Brandon Ingram (76ers); Andre Drummond (Pistons); Al Jefferson (Hornets).
