So Much Drama in the DMV - A Baltimore Bullets Expansion MyLEAGUE

Note: This is a MyLEAGUE using SimWorld's fictional roster, The LEAGUE, which I can't recommend enough. The LEAGUE Expands

It was rumored for a couple years, but expansion has finally come to the LEAGUE. Two teams entered the fray this offseason, the Las Vegas Aces and the Baltimore Bullets. As you'll see from their post-draft rosters, the two teams took different approaches. The Aces, feeling the pressure to perform quickly in an insane area like Las Vegas, went for a roster that they hope will help them win now. The Bullets, on the other hand, are joining a sports city that knows patience, having hosted the Ravens and Orioles for so many years. This probably contributed to their draft strategy, which was to build a young team with a few veterans sprinkled in, hoping they can grow together.

Big Second Half by Magic Sinks Baltimore in Franchise's First Game

Orlando's Jordan Sash celebrates an opening-night victory

Let's be clear about this: Expectations are low in Baltimore this year. That said, when you play your franchise's first ever game, at home, against a pretty good Orlando team, and jump out to a decent lead in the first half, expect everyone to get excited. Unfortunately for Bullets fans, that did not last long. Still, the 19-point loss did bring some positives. Darmani White dominated down low, posting a double-double. Vincent Berry got to the line 13 times and dropped 20. Guard D'Londo Richardson looked explosive, if not extremely raw. All of these things, and others, give Baltimore fans something to look forward to in a season not likely to produce many wins. This season will instead be judged by how the team looks four months from now, compared to tonight.

Miz you my guy but this is looking like a very depressing team lol. I can't wait to see how things look in the future so I need to go into to hyperspeed and finish DC3 cause it looks like you are going to need ALL the draft classes you can get lol.

😂😂😂 Man you got nothing but hate for my team and for Raiderz team too. I think White will give me a solid three years in the middle, Creecy can be better than he was in New York, and Berry can contribute as a starter for a year or two before sliding into the sixth man role. Also I'm high on Cordero Iverson as a contributor, which is why I drafted him even though he's out for the year. You're right though... This first season probably won't last the night. I'll be typing up an All-Star update soon, and getting into the offseason later. I'm just now getting into scouting DC1, but I see some intriguing players. Season 2 probably won't be much better than Season 1 though.
