Jeremy - I have a few questions - How do you manage the morale & chemistry effects in your My League? I have been testing these values using Schnaidt1 settings that he has in the sliders thread & also with both of them set at 0 - what I have found is using Schnaidt1 no matter if you are the #1 seed or worst record - your team chemistry is around 45-50% & most of the roster wants to test free agency or demands a trade - with both values set at 0 - the team chemistry for the average NBA team is at the end of the season regardless of record is 87%

NBA 2K20 has not addressed this in a patch and I was wanting to know how you counter this?

From my experience, players will say that they won't re-sign but will re-sign anyway.... and when they do their morale goes back up. So I pretty much just ignore it at this point.

The C's are healthy and clicking on all cylinders. If Andre Drummond can come back, then the Pistons size could give the C's some trouble with their size and make things interesting. However, Boston likely ends this one early regardless.

This series will feature two really great players but at very different positions - Kyrie and Siakim. Ultimately, I think the difference in the series will be Toronto's frontcourt size and experience. However, it will be a close one.

I like the Pacers and think that they'll make this a series but Milwaukee has Giannis and he's by far the best player in the series. I'm not sure the Pacers have enough to slow him down so I have the Bucks winning this series.

This might be a decent series if it weren't for the Heat being decimated by injuries... not to mention Kevin Love on Embiid all series... Yikes.

WESTERN CONFERENCE 1ST ROUND PREVIEW

#1 Houston Rockets vs #8 Sacramento Kings

The Rockets will be without James Harden for this series and the Kings should be able to give them a good fight. Will Westbrook be able to put this team on his back and carry them into the next round or will the upstart Kings be able to pull out the rare #8 over #1 upset? I wouldn't be surprised if the Kings do pull it out but I'm taking Houston.

Derozan just can't get away from Lebron and I just can't see the Spurs being able to outplay Lebron and AD. The Spurs may steal a game or two but the Lakers Power Duo is just too much for them to handle.

This is a really interesting series and if Klay were healthy I would go with the Warriors here. Without him, I just don't think the Dubs have the defense to hold down the Clippers.

Utah will be without their best offensive player and that should give the Blazers the crack that they need to sneak passed Utah. Rudy Gobert may have something to say about that but I just don't think the Jazz have the firepower to keep up with Portland so I'm going with the upset.

KEMBA SCORES 27 POINTS AS BOSTON BLOWS OUT DETRIOT IN GAME 1







GAME 2
The Pistons steal Game 2 in Boston to take home court. Drummond led the Pistons in the win with 24 points and 19 boards.

GAME 3
Boston blows out the Pistons in Detriot 126-105. Kemba led the way with 38-6-6 on 13-20 FG, 4-9 3PT and 8-8 FT

GAME 4
Boston picks up their 2nd straight win and 3rd overall 121-105. Kemba once again led Boston with 27 points, Brown also added 24 points and 8 boards in the win.

GAME 5
Boston was able to close out the Pistons, 104-100, despite a strong showing from Drummond (25 pts, 22 boards). Tatum led the C's with 19 points, followed by Hayward with 17.

EAST PLAYOFFS



- Brooklyn/Toronto goes to a Game 7 and in that game Kyrie was simply unstoppable. His big game gets the Nets passed the Raptors and onto the next round against his former team.



- Giannis was a man among boys all series against the Pacers. Indiana put up a good fight (winning two out of six games) but in the end Giannis was just too much.

- The 76ers close out the injury-depleted Heat rather easily in 5 games.

WEST PLAYOFFS



- No Harden, no problem as the Rockets bring out the brooms against the Kings. Russell Westbrook really showed out in the series and proved that he's still MVP material.

- Lebron and AD were too much to handle for the Spurs, as the Lakers advance in 6 games.

- The Clippers make easy work of Steph in the Warriors, winning in just 5 games.



- Most people thought the Jazz/Blazers would go 7 games, but Rudy Gobert had other plans - he turned into and offensive Juggernaut in Game 6, helping his team to the blowout win.

EASTERN CONFERENCE SEMI-FINALS PREVIEW

#1 Boston Celtics vs #4 Brooklyn Nets

The return of Kyrie to Boston for the playoffs... it's going to be lit but the question remains will Kyrie falter in the playoffs like he did last season or will he thrive like he has this season and in the playoffs throughout his career? If he continues to be hot, then the Nets have a good chance at an upset. Oh and "wild card" will KD return if they can make it to a Game 6 or 7?

Matchup to Watch: Kemba Walker vs Kyrie Irving

Prediction: Boston in 6

This should be a fantastic series. I think 1-5 the 76ers may be better BUT they Bucks have the best player in the series and that's Giannis and I just don't bet against him. If Horford can at least show him down from time-to-time then I think the 76ers will win this series... but that's easier said that done.

This series would be interesting if James Harden were playing from the jump... but he's not and by the time he returns the Rockets could be down. I believe Westbrook will keep them in it and if Harden gets back then it could go the distance but without the Beard, I just don't give Houston much of a chance.

Donovan Mitchell is returning just in time for this series and the Jazz will need him and everyone else if they want to beat the Clippers. The Clips made easy work of Golden State and I don't see Utah as much better than them so I expect the Clippers to move on rather easily.

- KYRIE PUTS UP A 50 SPOT AS THE NETS BEAT THE C'S 129-120 IN OT

IT TOOK OT BUT THE C'S FINALLY PULL AHEAD OF THE NETS TO GET THE W. KEMBA LED THE CELTICS WITH 31 POINTS, BUT JAYSON TATUM WAS THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE, SCORING 12 OF THE TEAMS 19 POINT IN OT






- KEMBA (24) AND HAYWARD (22) EACH SCORE 20+ HELPING BOSTON TO PICK UP THE 125-107 WIN IN GAME 4

KYRIE SCORES 32 POINTS TO GO ALONG WITH 7 ASSISTS, 8 REBOUNDS, 2 STEALS, AND A BLOCK AS THE NETS STAY ALIVE AND BEAT UP ON THE CELTICS IN GAME 5 119-101

BOSTON CLOSES OUT BROOKLYN IN GAME 6 IN A CLOSE 106-103 CONTEST. KEMBA HAD 31 POINTS IN THE WIN


EAST PLAYOFFS



- Philly outlasts the Bucks in the closest matchup of the Semi-Finals. Giannis gave it his all but just couldn't keep up with Philly's deeper starting lineup.

WEST PLAYOFFS



- The James Harden-less Rockets and Russell Westbrook continue to impress as the knock out the Lakers in 6 games. The Lakers were down 2-1 in a really competitive series, then AD went down with a Right Finger Fracture and missed the remainder of the series, from there it was all Houston, for the most part.



- The Clippers "Big 3" was just too much for the Jazz, winning Game 6 handily 117-99 and closing out the series.
