The Rams WILL draft Sammy Watkins @ 2nd to address the needs of play makers at the Wide Receiver position and to see if Sam Bradford is worth the rest of his contract.
End of Story. |

I don't see the Rams taking Clowney or the Browns taking Watkins either. From what I understand the Rams need help at O-line and the Browns really need a QB. There is no sense in drafting guys like Watkins if you can't get the ball to them.

Thank you both for taking the time to read!
@stl_yung: The Rams still believe that Tavon Austin is their answer, and will likely pass on a second straight 1st round reciever. They need serious help on the O-Line, but they really seem to get into Jadeveon Clowney. A Robert Quinn, Jadeveon Clowney pair makes my mouth water as much as their's. It is a really lethal combo. Luckily they also have the 13th overall pick to address their O-Line needs. The WR class is stacked this year, so if the need for a reciever is high, they can take one in the second and he'd still could be really good. But then again, Oakland wants that #2 pick, and I do believe they want it enough to trade for it. So neither of our guesses could be wrong. @cusefan74: The Brown could have a legit answer to a QB situation until next year when they will make a run at Jameis Winston or Petty/Mannion if Jameis stays. They need another reciever to make a combo with Josh Gordon, and I can see them looking into the top receiver in the class. I believe the Rams think they are set enough with Jake Long for now. They may make a push Javelle Wharton at guard to ease up a bit. But now that I think of it, the Rams O-Line does need an upgrade at RT. So in volume 2, I'll think about it. Again, thank you guys. This is just the first of 2, so please look at my second when released. Thanks for the input! |

Look pretty solid, although if I was Jacksonville I would take Manziel over Bridgewater.

I don't see jake falling to Tampa I'm a huge Tampa fan and I live in GA and all the hype is towards Jake Mathews. Falcons do like Robinson but from all the talks they like Jake better

@poloelite: Yea, but I just can't see them taking Manziel. Bridgewater is a potential beast, that had a bad pro day. I just see Jacksonville looking more at the stats than the pro day.
Jake Matthews is considered not to be the top OT in the draft, as that belongs to Greg Robinson, IMO. With the exception of the Rams, none of the T5 teams have serious O-Line problems, or just need a quarterback more than an OT. |
