Difference Between NBA 2K12 Console & PC Version
I seen this cool Team USA highlight Video posted on operation sports with 1992 vs 2012 Olympic team. It has been some much debate on what team will win in a real match lately.

When I saw this, I was look cool so I finally get the play as the Dream team for my self. Then I can settle the debate in my own mind at least. Whats that awsome Dream Team highlight video? Your only for the PC verison!?!?!
I wasn't mad but majorly disappointed. That's how I arrived at this question. Whats the difference between console & PC version for NBA 2k12 and other major sports games? Is it just the Mods you can add to the game? To me that's all it is setting them a part. Beside that is there anything else that separates the two from each other?

Well, you need a good PC to run the games at highest level, something I personally don't have. But the mods are amazing. Scoreboards, overlays, players, teams, jerseys courts, and the best of all, the graphic mods. NBA2k12 on the CPU looks straight up REAL. Shady00018's videos show off the graphical power with the mods applied. In my opinion it looks way better than console version, more smooth, fluid, and organic. And the games are usually cheaper for PC. NBA2k12 is only $19.99 at Amazon. So, if your PC can cut the mustard, go make yourself a delicious NBA2k12 modded sandwich.

That's like BF3, has better graphics, bigger maps, & mods on the PC version.
Thxs for clearing that up for me duke. That's what I assumed tho, the PC version is MOD city lol. Like all PC version games. |

Awesome!!
However, graphically speaking.. I give the nod to the PC version so far as movement, physics etc. But I'm not sold on the faces being better than the Console version. On my PS3, Jordan is scary real; On this vidoe, I can tell it's a CGI. |

I actually Download the 92 Dream Team for PS3 yesterday. It was pretty cool, only thing instead of white, blue, red, their uniforms was missing the blue and threw off the whole mistqe of the team.
Still I might end up start grabbing the 2k pc version just for the mods. |

The one thing that sucks about playing 2K on console is missing out on all the great mods people make for the PC version. Sadly I cant get 2K for my laptop because my processor is not strong enough to run it. Shame cos the mods and rosters people have made for 2K look great.
