My EASHL team the final chapter

Going into NHL'12 it was another exciting time, anticipating the release of the new game and still with the same team.
We started off ok, but there were nights when people were starting to over react to a loss or other players gameplay. A general sense of frustration when playing some teams.

Then there was the bombshell.
Out of the blue a few players decided to make a new team, leaving several guys out.
They were some of the more active players our team had so the rest of us struggled to get consistant games in partly because of commitment to the game and partly due to the shock of what happened and being unsure of playing EASHL any longer.
These guys that left put trying to be better at a video game over what we thought were friendships that had been developed over the last few years.
They never challenged for the top 20 in elite or anything, they may have been better but it's still hard to understand why they did this. We were a winning team, not bad by any means.

So in the past few years it's been an interesting experience with lots of highs but ending with a low that leaves me with the question of was it worth it....

Yeah, overall it was.
