As for the fight, it's definitely going to be more fun to watch than the Clottey fight. That fight was boring as hell. Margarito isn't given the credit as a boxer, and rightfully so because of the whole illegally loaded gloves debacle. But if Margarito was that, then why would everyone be making a huge deal about Mosley beating Margarito?
Before the whole hands debacle, Margarito was one of my favorite fighters, there was a time when almost everyone in the welterweight division ducked him, and for good reason (at the time). Apparently, he offered "The Coward" his biggest payday at the time, and as usual, he ducked Margarito (and it had nothing to do with the loaded gloves, no one even knew of/suspected that at the time). Margarito's style is awkward, and before the Mosley fight, he had shown an uncanny ability to walk down opponents even when he is getting hit with a barrage of shots. People can say what they want to about whether or not he was loading his gloves, but in that Cotto fight Margarito simply broke Cotto's spirit by walking down shots that would have KO'd other fighters.

Margarito will not be a pushover, but I do wonder about his overall mental state after the whole plaster in the gloves deal. I think it will be a decent fight, but after seeing what Mosley did to Margarito, I don't see how he can beat Manny....then again, you never know.

This thread is about someone who is actually willing to fight, and that man is Manny Pacquiao.

For the record, I don't want to see Manny vs. Margarito either, it's kind of a no-win for Manny in my opinion. Margarito has everything to gain by winning this fight, and Manny has nothing to gain by winning, but a whole lot to lose by losing.

What I find funny is that there is still one sad Mayweather supporter in particular that will still continue to flat out distort reality just to defend Floyd........it's over........give up........Floyd did.

Now, back to Manny vs. Margarito. I say Manny wins in 7 rounds by TKO.
Dude, if you have something to say to me, then put my name on it and say it or send me a PM and stop trying to take little 'subtle' (that aren't subtle at all cause I know who you're talking about) potshots at me because I don't worship at Pacquiao's feet like you. I've admitted in this topic that Floyd doesn't want to fight Pacquiao. What gets me is everyone trying to pin blame on ONE person and ignore facts about the whole thing. They're both ducking each other. If Pacquiao accepts the damn blood testing demands in the first place and not suddenly develop a fear of everything this fight has happened already. Instead he waits until he's a senator and Floyd's trainer is looking at a long trial and jail time to get over his fear of needles (LOL) gives a tough guy deadline and when Mayweather doesn't bow to it here come all the Floyd haters flooding the forum with 'I told you so' and 'Floyd will use whatever excuse he can' and so on and so on that completely ignores the excuse making that got us to this point in the first place. These two guys can get this fight done at any time but they don't wanna fight each other and that's why we're where we're at.

Since you're so big on not being a coward and all this other stuff why don't you try not being one the next time you have something on your mind about me and address me like a man. I'd rather not get banned over this situation so I'll just leave it at that and try to avoid you from here on out.

Whatever man, I CLEARLY quoted your last post in the Mayweather vs. Manny thread and I gave clear proof that Floyd was lying and destroyed your "alternate reality" where exclusive negotiations between the two camps never took place and that Bob Arum made the whole thing up. Then you mysteriously disappeared from that thread and decided to carry the Floyd trumpeting and Bob Arum bashing in to this thread. Don't start with all of that "man up" stuff, you're the one who disappeared from the other thread once it was clearly established that Floyd is a coward and is lying through his teeth. No reason to start beating your chest about the whole thing now.

Since you are going to avoid me now, I will most gladly do the same to you.

Back on topic, as I said, I think Manny will TKO Margarito in round 7, Margarito is tough, but he just didn't look as tough as he used to after being outted for the loaded gloves against Mosley. Or maybe all of the punishment that Margarito has taken is finally starting to catch up to him.

Re: Pacquiao to Fight Margarito in November

This thread has nothing to do with Mayweather Vs Pacquiao. That ship has sailed.

One more post about "Floyd homers," or one more post bashing Mayweather in this thread will not be tolerated. You want to talk about Pac/PBF, go to a different thread.

Keep this thread on the Pac/Margarito fight. Thanks.

All fighters that Pacquiao faces from here on out would be considered 'inferior choices' that everyone would be disappointed in except that one fighter who must not be named in this thread. At this point, Arum is just trying to keep all the money to himself. Keeping the money in Top Rank.

Just out of curiosity, I'd like you to name them. Not saying I'd agree or disagree because this is obviously a fight done to keep the money in Top Rank, as I said before.
