A Look at Champion Mode in Fight Night Champion

“No Spoilers!” That’s not something you usually have to scream at your friend when he talks about a sports game, but Fight Night Champion is different. EA’s gambit this time around is the all-new Champion mode.

And since all of you can now play the Fight Night Champion demo -- essentially the same build of the game was at the press event I attended -- this preview will be all about the story mode that revolves around Andre Bishop, the protagonist in Champion mode.

But be forewarned, I will be talking in-depth about the first two scenes in Champion mode, so if you don’t want to have anything spoiled, look away now!

Any comment on the length? Jon Robinson mentioned the mode only took between 4-8 hours? Thanks Chase.

If Jon Robinson said it, it's probably true. I should be receiving a copy this week, so if I get through it I can let you know the general length.

Really looking forward to this Championship Mode to see if it stacks up to all the hype or if the Devs wasted precious time and money where they could have focused on other important things to the FN community, like spectator/broadcast mode, deeper CAB system, more in depth presentation ect..

I really hope we get some info on Legacy Mode soon.
While I'll probably play Champion Mode once (like fist said, been there, done that with Prizefighter), but after that this game will be all offline on Legacy mode.
I really hope some significant changes were made outside of just going to different gyms to train at.

Re: A Look at Champion Mode in Fight Night Champion

Money I will be releasing a video review on the 24th. I will cover Legacy mode and Champion mode. Oh and yes the length of Champion Mode I would say is shorter around 4-6 hours. I have had game since 18th. Plenty of footage and info coming in just couple days. Sit tight guys!

I will be absent from the boxing forum for the next couple days. I don't want to mention anything before I can so I will just let the video do the talking. Plus it will give you guys plenty of first hand look at most of the game.
