Re: Boxing Off-Topic

Ryan Garcia made it look too easy. I personally think he's a nightmare of a matchup for anyone currently in the lightweight division. Tank Davis could be next, but I actually think Garcia will blow throw him too. We'll see...

NO CONTEST

I don't think either will take the fight unless the money is real good. That potential bout has me thinking S-Sanchez (Ryan) vs W-Gomez (Tank) but don't hold me too tightly to that comparison.

Garcia said he'll never fight at 135 again, and I have my doubts about Davis fighting him at 140. Combine that with the fact that they're each signed with different networks will make this a tough fight to make...

DAZN is raising the price of their annual subscription from $99.99 to $149.99 in the United States. 50 more dollars? I'm not down with that. Especially when I can see the writing on the wall: they're slowly going to start having more fights on PPV, forcing the fans to pay even more for the fights they really want to see. Needless to say... I won't be renewing at the end of the year

I wonder if they're going to charge extra for Canelo VS GGG on September 17th? I noticed a $9.99 premium charge for the upcoming KSI vs. Alex Wassabi snoozer.

SIDE NOTE: Andy Ruiz VS Luis Ortiz (Sept 4) looks interesting but I don't know about PPV.

Canelo vs Bivol was on DAZN PPV and Canelo vs GGG is PPV as well. You get it at a discounted price if you're already a subscriber, but it still sucks!

*Per The Sporting News: GGG vs Canelo will be $64.99 for current subscribers and $84.99 for new subscribers.

That's ridiculous. They'll probably be premium charging for Usyk-Joshua 2 (Aug 20) as well.

it was only a matter of time before they went this route.....it was too good to be true. canceled my subscription quite a while back. just wasn't worth it in my opinion. not enough quality content for me. so we'll back to just ppv for the bigger fights, just like it was before. SMH.
