Gameplay will determine if the game is a success but by the looks of things and the way this roster is shaping up....I have a great feeling this game will be a hit for us boxing fans.

So looking forward to this!!
The communities create "Glorified Action Figures" without their uniqueness and tendencies.

not a chance. NO game has ever done that and I wouldn't expect this one to spend that kind of time to make sure each is animated the same as real life.

I'm good with that though.

1. match to match gameplay must be true to the sport, engaging and fun

everything else is a bonus.

It is better than nothing.....and I appreciate the glorified action figures across all sports games (baseball, basketball, hockey and football and boxing). The effort alone is great in trying to make the game fun and allowing the players to play with their favorite boxers.

Thank god we have them...they only make the game better. There is no way this studio will have the resources to even recreate all the legends they have unveiled with Mo-Cap and tendancies and all that.

Ratings help a lot in recreating boxers. I have a blast with the FN4 “action figures" I have been using on the PS3 it is great stuff. Great fun.

I thought maybe they had some sort of screen capture technology or at least a variety of different styles. MLB the Show has a system to capture the batting stance of each player where they attach a bunch of sensors on the athlete. Boxing would be more complicated but possible.

Fight Night Round 4 and Champion used placebo.
NBA 2K does a great job with tendencies and capabilities. ESBC said only marquee boxers will have their styles and tendencies.

I say "Action Figures" because the created boxers lack deep tendencies and capabilities. By the way Champion's tendencies were mine(https://boxinggamewishlist.proboards...ies-attributes) .

I get it. Hopefully a better and deeper creation suite can be implemented if the game is a rousing success.
