Re: The Coaching Career of James Aldridge (NFL Head Coach 09)

So Free Agency was pretty bland for the Ravens. Everything pretty much went as planned. Washington released Witten, so I snatched him up at 5.4 M a year for 2 years. I then signed Tony Parker as planned. The only thing that was kinda unexpected was Seattle actually going after Sacre, who had a level 4 tender on him. My backup DE isn't ready to start, so I reluctantly matched the offer. If it would have been a bad team, I would have taken a really high pick, but Seattle's was in the 20s. I have the 30th (mine) and the 31st (Lions) first rounder.

This is the post Free Agency roster, with all the information as I remember it (a lot of it was saved on my CPU). Also, the OVA's are probably from the beginning of last year. I'll have the actual values after the preseason

Mike Lumburgh has a 98 POT? What philosophy do you use?

Whoops. Good to see you caught that. It should be 92.

BTW, I use 3-4 ones.

Pretty good looking roster so far, and great job in getting Jason Witten... Pretty crazy though that the Seahawks or any team would be willing to give up a first and third for any player... (never had that happen before though)

Once I saw the Saints were willing to give up the 1st and 3rd for Brandon Marshall. Too bad it was matched by Denver.

Drew Brees + Marques Colston + Brandon Marshall + any halfback = greatest show on turf...
