Well, gentlemen, it's New Year's Day. 45 days until First Pitch. I'm looking forward to this thread, and seeing some of the memories.

11 and 34 equals 45, so I present Tyler Hanover and Blake Dean.

It's going to be an interesting year for UT Arlington. A number of kids including Preston Morrow, Matt Shortall and Preston Beck (now with Rangers' affiliate Spokane Indians) have left and that's going to leave a hole in our offense. Former Ranger Mark McLemore's son was picked up out of Southlake Carrol and will likely see limited action this year. I don't know how strong WAC Baseball is, but we'll see what happens.

EDIT: I got so excited that I forgot that this is a countdown thread and there aren't many UT-Arlington pictures.

You do unintentionally bring up a good point. Can a mod change the title to '2013 College Baseball Countdown/Preseason Discussion'?

It appears that the Mavericks are playing in Lubbock March 8-10. I'll be going to probably the Saturday and Sunday game, see if McLemore's kid gets any PT. Best of luck this season.
