It was the obvious equivalent of Miami's old turnover chain, they've had that for years. They also usually play the chainsaw sound on 3rd downs. The turnover thing is lame, but still going some places, somehow

had to back it up to confirm, but that penalty happened at 1:08 and they put 1:13 on the clock
