CB2K3: How to Cheat in Career Legacy

There were some people complaining that they couldn't compete in the first year of their legacy, because the players just weren't fast or tall enough.

Well, if you are impatient and want a little boost, figure out what team you want to be. Before you start your season, go to the create a player and make a sweet 7-footer (or whatever you what, depending on how bad you want to cheat) and place him on the team you're gonna take. Then start the Career Legacy, choose the team and the beefed up roster is there.

Now, of course this isn't as fun, but if you are frusterated and need help getting by in a crappy conference... it doesn't hurt to ensure you have someone who can score.

I just usually scout the top 30 prospects then when I go to recruit them I give all my points to the ones that have the highest intrest...I usually get aroun 2 5 star prospects.

As one of the starting schools in career legacy? The best I've done is 1 4 star guy....even pouring in max points every turn the 5 star guys usually pick someone else. Did you have a really good year?

well, when you start off as a small school, you are playing weaker teams most of the time. You can also increase or decrease your schedule difficulty. I increased mine with West Carolina and my first 10 games or so are on TV. I'm 0-2 though.

I'm 2-2 with Tenn St.....decreased the difficulty about two ticks.
I took the same team with the ps2 version and the funny thing was, I was winning about 70% of my games I played and losing %100 of the ones I simmed. Recruiting was tough....I recruited 2 years and ended up with 1 4 star guy a couple 3's and some 1's.
I was in the running for a 5 star guy with interest maxed out but in the end (5th week) he went to a bigger school.
