It's really hard to believe that before the Oklahoma State game, we were talking about Chase Daniel leading the Heisman race and Mizzou playing for a shot at #1. That seems like about 10 years ago at this point.

Not a fun one to see in person. Paid $75 bucks to freeze my a$$ off and watch Mizzou get thumped. I did get to see Chase Coffman make a ridiculous catch on the sidelines on a ball that was headed into about the 10th row of the seats. How Gresham got 1st team All-Big 12 over him is unknown to me.
Idk man..Gresham sucks. lol.

Good to know.
You are always bringing up scoring late. As if Houston has never run it up.

OU actually hasn't really run up the score this year. We could of had over 60 against Nebraksa as the score was 55-7 at the half but we put in backups and only scored 3 the entire second half. Same with Texas Tech.

The number of passes Bradford has attempted in the 4th quarter is ridiculously low considering the number of points OU has scored. Our final touchdown last night did come by the third string running back on a running play.

That's because Oklahoma schools keep giving me opportunities to call them out.

Seriously, that was a long time ago. The notion that Coog fans are forever banned from pointing out classless behavior as a result of the actions of a coaching staff that has been gone for almost two decades is absurd.

Besides, we have more than paid for the negative karma we earned during the Pardee/Jenkins era. Houston, once a proud member of the SWC, has been consigned to a ghetto of a conference with only two conf. championships and no bowl wins since.

Karma is a bitch. The Coogs know it. Tulsa found out about it with the way their season unraveled in November. OU has yet to find out, but trust me---they will.

My criticism wasn't directed towards that play, it was the one two snaps earlier when Bradford threw for the ez from the Mizzou 44.

How much time was left? I kind of remember that play but by that time the game was over and I had had a few beverages. I think there was still like 7 minutes left.

It's Mizzou's job to stop OU. This was a championship game. Anyway, there are a lot of other teams that have done way worse.

What about Uraban Meyer calling a timeout to kick a FG with 30 seconds to go against Miami? You don't think Florida was ran the score up this year?

OU could have put up 100 points EASILY against Washington, Texas A&M, Nebraska, and Texas Tech. Stoops has been very conservative with big leads most of the year.

Last night, he wanted to get that record though. Hey, how often do you get the chance.

Plus, I'm not a run up the score whiner. Play defense and shut up. All teams get there turn at both sides of that somewhere along the line.

Yep. This isn't 12-and-under YMCA flag football we're talking about, these are young adults that are being payed to play football, coached by men who are making millions of dollars. If a college team can't stop the opposition from scoring 60 points, they don't deserve any pity.

Running up the score? Nah, they were just playing football. Just because one team has a comfortable lead doesn't mean they should just stop playing. It sucks when your team is getting rolled up like that, but that doesn't make it wrong IMO.
