I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I've read some crazy stuff on sports gaming boards outside of OS. Apparently this DT Linder isn't running a legit operation.

NCAA 2004 Rosters is the general thread for NCAA 2004 rosters. That is where DT_Linder has posted his information. It is also where I have posted his e-mail numerous times. It is also where other people are inquiring about the status of their Memory Cards.

There is no dedicated thread for DT_Linder's rosters at this time. He has a recommended donation amount, and OS does not support roster makers charging for their rosters.
