Worst AQ teams:
1. Minnesota
2. Indiana
3. Oregon State

Non AQ:
1a. Memphis
1b. New Mexico
3. Akron/EMU loser next week
4. UAB
5. UNLV

Overall, Minnesota would probably fall between Akron/EMU and UAB. I'd say IU and Oregon State are better than the Non AQ's listed.

Minnesota nearly beat USC. I doubt they are that bad. I'm pretty sure they lost to one of the better FCS teams.
