Love it. I'm a big Adnan fan, and I like Kanell, too. Galloway is eh to me, but the Adnan/Kanell duo will get me watching.

UConn creates rivalry and trophy with UCF. No one told UCF about it.

The trophy looks terrible and I hope UCF stomps that ***, but I have 0 issue with 2 newer programs starting a rivalry and even adding a trophy to the mix. I would have thought UConn would have at least reached out to UCF and said "Hey we're planning on doing this, with or without you, you guys in?"

Somehow missed this originally, glad it was quoted above. I always thought Virk was a Baseball first guy? He's got really big shoes to fill following Reece and I'm not sure he's up to it. We'll see, but honestly what options did they really have?

Not within the American. The whole conference is odd geographical matches.


It's pretty dumb, and I definitely get why he's being mocked for it, but when the program is as down as UConn getting some attention isn't the worst thing, and I like the message to the team.
