Just curious as to how the NCAA decided on which "Formulas" to draw data from and which to exclude..

People talk about the common sense of the "human poll" well it was human decision making that decided on the formulas. If anyone knows info or has links to articles Id like to hear from you

You are correct. People complain about the "ccomputer factor" in the BCS.. I laugh. There is no computer factor in the BCS. Humans made the formula and all the computer is doing is acting like a calculator.

The only thing I can tell you is try google.
