Any chance we could have a prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places? Maybe a free video game for the 1st place winner and gift cards for 2nd and 3rd? Would likely create a larger pool and keep it competitive all season.

I won't change the setup. Just plain winners, 3-4 a week plus the 2 point game, whatever we used to call that.
