North Carolina made 79 teams, Louisiana Monroe had a FG to win it with 6 seconds to go and missed it. They lose by 1 because of a previously missed PAT, so they end 5-7. Just 1 team will be left out as of now. Most likely, a MAC school.

Yes...as recently as 2015 they gave up 43 to Ole Miss and then 40 in the playoff game.

Last time one of his teams gave up 48 was 20 years ago, when he was the head coach at Michigan State.
