Losing to Missouri has to be it for Mullen.

UTSA goes to 11-0. I'm not so sure why the rule is what it is-the refs got it right, but UAB was stopped inches short on 3rd down, so they stopped the clock for a measurement and when they resumed the clock, it goes to 25 instead of 40. I don't see any logical reason why the defense should benefit from having 15 fewer seconds run off the clock in this scenario. Had to look up the rule, that is what it is, but there's no reason why it should be. UTSA then has to do the whole last possession differently and scored with fewer than 15 seconds left. If UAB was stopped so short it wasn't in need of a measurement they can run 15 extra seconds off. Essentially they were punished for getting too close to a first down without getting it. All that said, Bill Clark should go for it on 4th and 2 inches and end the game.
