I've noticed this as well, even when Memphis has a sub-par team they end up having stellar years. If I remember correctly they got three straight 1 seeds in one of my legacies.

Well that explains a lot. I guess I'll see how long the game has them programmed to get the one seed. For me it was back to back years in one legacy.

Every step was easy to follow, however when I put the usb stick in the xbox to load the roster on the game, the load/save option on 2k8 tells me there is nothing on the usb stick. Is there a step I missed or misunderstood?

Did you format the usb drive with the xbox?

Yes I did. Recognizes the flash drive is there but doesnt show anything on the flash drive. When I plug in the flash drive, it reads my profile as memory unit and another one as the hard drive.
