If I'm not mistaken, once you dl the file (zip) when you extract it it's already in the format needed for the ps3 to read. I think some of you may be putting the extracted folder (PS3) inside of another "PS3" folder.

So all you need to do its just drag & drop the folder into your usb drive and it should work. Or maybe you need to format the usb stick to fat32.

Nope. All you need is a usb drive.

It's on the first page, the final roster update and how to get the roster on your ps3.

edit: Actually in continuation with my post above, once you unzip the file it's already in the format it needs to be in. So, just drag and drop the "PS3" into your usb stick and just plug it into your ps3 and go to PS3 save utility and copy the roster file.
