2k4 vs. 2k3...is this game worth buying?

Living in Canada is tough. Last year i had to buy NCAA 2k3 from ebay this year i wanna rent because i loved 2k3 much but there were far too many bugs for me to enjoy:

:HS player Scouting(not the same players come draft time)
:Jumpshooting(seemed too inconsistant, even for the ncaa)
:High Prestige Teams falling off after 10 years into Dynasty
:Stupid AI (players would shoot 2's when 3's where desperately needed)
:Timeout bug
:Crossovers(i found that 90% of standing crossovers were money and 90% of moving crossovers were not)

If these grips ruined the game for me last year, will they do the same thing this year?

Also, does NCAA->NBA importing work this year?

I can tell you the jumpshooting is fixed, but there is some stupid ai and the computer calls ******* timeout's for you if thats what you mean(so just put it on manual)

3) Sorta fixed, 20 years down the line you may see a SW Louisiana in the top top or something like that, but it's mostly major conference teams, it just may not be the teams who are currently on top(for example Duke may slip and Clemson may be a regular top 10)
4) I have my timeout's on manual. As for the CPU timeouts, they still use them questionable sometimes, but I haven't seen them use all of their TO's in the first half or anything as bad as last year.
5) Haven't noticed which crossovers work best.

So in short, yes, it's worth getting over 2K3.
