Mine took a little over 3 hours as well. I started in the morning, and continued after work. Lately I have been laggin behind with demos.

I started at 4:30PM today, when I got home from work. I have a big pipe though, about 10mb down.

I have no idea how long it took me, I started downloading it, and then I watched some Entourage on my PC, and then like an hour and a half later, I checked it and it was done.

Where is Bomberman? That game will rule once it hits Live. Theres not too many better multiplayer games than this.
