that usually works but not always...one time when i brought back the first game to exchange for the same game, when i brought the new game back up to the desk the old witch working there removed the plastic wrap from the new game!! I was stunned my plan had failed!

I have to bring this back up. I recently bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 off of ebay. When it arrived at my house, it had a couple of cracks on the inside ring that goes onto the game case. I was wondering if Walmart had the same policy. If so, will I be able to exchange my game for a new one?

And that leads to hassles when trying to legitimately return things. Best Buy now requires blood and DNA samples to return something without a receipt.
