Okay, my 360 is still working well but my boy bought his off of ebay I believe. I think it was used and all. He had it for a little while but the system went out on him. The system was under someone else's information since it was used. My boy called M$ to get it swapped out or what have you but M$ won't give him any love. What are his best options for getting his system fixed? I'm trying to help him out.

Can he contact the seller and ask him to update the info with MS? Then he would (probably) still have to pay for repair, but it would be cheaper than buying a new machine.
