yes, it's hard to belive it's real. It seems to be a joke made to look like a nintendo fanboy gaming getaway. Everything from "Rare Sucks" scribbled on the wall to the Kim Jong-Il type picture of Iwata. They're even gaming on a crappy TV, symbolizing how non HD nintendo is.

It's funny, but doubtful it's real.
