Of course they have to be BC games.

You have to buy them from the website first also. Store infrastructure is different from the 360 so they're not available in the Xbox One store yet.

I mean like I want the witcher 2, its backwards compatible. Do I just go to the store on my xbox one?

If I read the previous posts correctly you have to go on the 360 store download them off that and then they are ready to install on X1.
