What do you 360 afficianados say about THE best way to cool these things? Is there a consensus?

The consensus is divided... there are those of us with launch consoles that never used a cooler... there are those with replacement consoles who swear by them

A guy at work said he uses a laptop cooling pad for his system and has never had a problem, dont have a 360 to try it myself but the idea sounds promising.
