360 HDD Issue

I keep getting DDE when I'm signed into my gamertag. I've tried with multiple gamertags and the same thing happens. But when I'm not signed in, I can play with no problem. Do I have to send in my HDD for repair or is there something else I can do?

I don't think it's your HDD, it's probably the DVD drive unfortunately.

I don't understand it though. I can play for an hour straight not signed into my gamertag and get no DDE. But then I'll reset the game and sign into my gamertag and before I even get to pick my team, I get the DDE. Then resest the game again and not sign into my gamertag and play fine with no DDE.
