As far as XMB trophies, from the leaked pictures it looks like they will be broken into four categories. Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Trophies. I'm sure achievements and trophies will be the same for both consoles so easier trophies would go into bronze trophies. Than that could be broken down into the XMB so you can compare with friends. If what I'm thinking ends up true, works for me.
I'd like to have that monkey from Metal Gear Solid 4 as one of my trophies.

Mill, I have my own pool going and I predict a few days after Gears 2 releases he will have a 360 again.
