If you buy a game that hasn't released yet online at Gamestop.com and select overnight shipping, does the game come to you on release day? I would rather get it at my local Gamestop and save the extra money, but if all else fails I just wanted to know in case I do get it online.

I think you should get it on release day. Perhaps a day later if gamestop gets it a day later.

Anytime I pre-ordered a game through them, it was shipped at least the day before the street date. If you order next day it should arrive on the release date.

I order from EBgames every time, and always get the game on ship date.
Ive had plenty of friends order from Amazon and not see it for couple days.
