first off, let me apologize if my thread was posted in the wrong section of the forums! i looked over the forums and did not see exactly where i should post my dilemma.

i am torn between buying nba 2k10 or batman asylum for the 360! i have checked various gaming websites for reviews, gameplay footage, and overall player critiques of the two games. i just can't decide on which game i want to buy. i am a hardcore sports nut, but must admit i haven't purchashed a basketball video game in quite some time. i have an itch to buy another sports game this year even though i have been playing a lot of madden 10.

i guess my main importance is the replay factor. as i said before, love madden and really get my moneys worth out of it every year. i also really enjoy the replay factor of games from the tom clancy or the call of duty series.

i really like the features to both games, but yeah... i am kinda stuck.

i wish i had money to buy both, but can't.

any advice from you guys, the community?

No replay really at all in Batman. 2K has a ton of replay value.

Wow, totally different games, lol.

I guess it comes down to: a) what type of game do you like more? and b) which game will you get more replay value from?

Replay value, hands down, will go to 2K10, even if you are big into trophy hunting. As far as your type of game, that's totally up to you. Personally, if you're looking for something with legs, that will last you a while, I'd go with 2K10. If you have 10 bucks to spare some weekend, go rent Batman, beat it in two days, and take it back.

does batman have any online play to it at all? also, in your opinion, which nba series will give me more bang for my buck.. 2k10 or live?

I have only played the Live demo but I own 2K and 2K has a lot more game features and bang for your buck.

As far as which game plays more like real basketball, some say Live and some say 2K.
