Just wondering can you play co-op online? For instance, If I wanted to play Gears of War would the 4gb be able to do it? or does all online play require a 250gb hard drive?

Well, it's already confirmed you can't play online coop campaign in Halo, and features in other games, like NBA 2K can't be used either with the 4gb. My recommendation? Wait a couple weeks, save up another $100 and go about it the right way.
