its a necessary thing that is needed because even though you aren't getting Move there are a lot of people that are... my brother wasn't a fan of Kinect for XBox 360 but when he suffered the RROD again his girl got him a 4GB Kinect bundle for his bday last month and everytime I turn around if he isn't watching Netflix or Hulu Plus he has the couch pushed away so he can play Brunswick Bowling... if I had room in my room I'd get a Move just to play that same game on my PS3 if its available... as long as non-Move supported games don't have the warning I'm fine with it

It just seems rather redundant to have it on the startup screen. In the past it's always been in the instructions either for the game or for the move itself.
